Scalable installation

Sol3g HCPV systems are thought to be used in solar farm type installations, offering applications of 1 and 4 kWp; using either FEiNA SC4 (1 kWp system) or SC16 (4 kWp system) solar trackers, adapted to the photovoltaic concentration technology.

Thanks to our technology, we are able to scale the size of the HCPV system to our clients’ needs.

In their application for solar farms, our modules are factory assembled using galvanized steel lateral profiles, forming grids of 14 modules for the 1 kWp tracker and 28 modules for the 4 kWp tracker.

Guarantees

Hybrid control tracking systems

Our trackers use a hybrid control system, working in open loop (astronomical tracking) when it is not sunny, and in closed loop (with a sensor) when the direct irradiation is high, with a view angle of 0.1 degrees.

Installation of Sol3g HCPV systems

The installation of Sol3g HCPV systems does not imply any particular difficulty, since it is made in the same way as the conventional flat panel photovoltaic installations using solar trackers.

The only particularity of Sol3g HCPV systems is due to the calibration of the solar tracking unit. It requires more precision than a conventional system, process for which you will receive the advice of one of ours technicians.

Module grids come with the multi-contact style electrical plugs, thus simplifying the installation process.

S1000

The S1000 system combines a FEiNA SC4 tracker along with the M40 modules necessary to offer a total nominal power of 1 kWp.

In this system, that has an effective solar aperture of 4 m2, the tracking unit includes two grills of 14 M40 modules.

S4000

The S4000 system combines a FEiNA SC16 tracker along with the M40 modules necessary to offer a total nominal power of 4 kWp.

In this system, that has an effective solar aperture of 16 m2, the tracking unit includes four grills of 28 M40 modules each.

The following table explains the characteristics of our Partner Program:

Key account	Promoters able to install more than 10 Mw of nominal power per year. Big or Medium Utilities. Big institutions. Other clients of special interest for Sol3g. Key accounts are managed directly by Sol3g.
Commercial Agent	Any company or sole trader that carries out any type of commercial mediation with Sol3g's clients. Commercial Agents are selected and paid on a commission basis taking into account ad-hoc parameters.
Official Distributor (SD)	Distributor that signs a distribution contact with Sol3g. This status is not compatible with the Installer one.
Technical Partner Program (TPP)	This program defines the technical Partner requisites, rights and obligations.
Certified Technical Partner (CTP)	An installer that signs a TPP (Technical Partner Program) contract with Sol3g disposes of the accreditation that certifies the maintenance service of Sol3g. In order to maintain the CTP accreditation it is necessary to subscribe for a training program and technical maintenance certification.

Guarantees

Sol3g offers a product guarantee of 5 years from the date of purchase of its technology HCPV. With the purpose of being able to extend the guarantee up to 25 years, we also offer the possibility of contracting a production or an integral guarantee that so much assures the product as the production.
